This Friday, November 1, France 2 broadcasts a special crossover between Astrid and Raffaele and Alexandra Elle, two of its flagship detective series. In this case, two Parisian investigators travel to Bordeaux to investigate a strange murder.
Astrid and Raphael actually discovered a human eye in a can of onions. Meanwhile, more than 500 km away, Alexandra Elle rests on a corpse with both eyes removed.
When the judge discovers that the two cases are connected, he decides to put the two pieces of the puzzle together through the cooperation of Astrid, Rafael and Alexandra Ellie. They will have to join forces to lift the veil on what really happened to the victim.
Alexandra and Antoine have good memories
In the opening minutes of this crossover episode, Alexandra Elle walks into her office with her brother, Antoine Doisneau. The medical examiner is thrilled to find this neglected body. They are working on a case that is far from trivial.
It was at this moment that Antoine discovered a large number of childhood photos on Alexandra’s desk. He then explains to her that he is scanning these pictures for his mother’s birthday. Antoine stops at a photo of Alexandra performing the first dissection on a squirrel. They then look at photos of Antoine as a teenager.
Are the photos real?
It is quite common in movies and series that the production uses real photos of actors to represent young people. And Astrid, Raphael and Alexandra Elle are no exception.
France 2 contacted us to confirm that the photos of Jules Depardieu used in the sequence are indeed of the actor. And it’s the same with the pictures of Bernard Yerles. A touch of authenticity that makes all the difference.
Join Astrid, Raffaele and Alexandra Elle this Friday 1 November from 21:05 on France 2.
