Delobel reveals to Em about his father
At the Institute, Lionel and Jasmine try to reason with Amy, who is convinced that the elder DeLobel pushed her father to commit suicide. He claims that DeLobel has never supported his father’s success and that he has proof of the threatening messages he sent her. Despite everything, Lionel and Jasmine defend DeLobele, some say he is not a murderer.
They then go to the workshop with DeLobele reprimanding Amy. The latter admits to them that he had doubts. But he doesn’t plan to do anything. Faced with questions from Lionel and Jasmine, DeLabel says he had nothing to do with Saneka’s suicide, but can’t say more at the risk of destroying Amy.
A little later, DeLobele cuts Amy in the park and urges her to listen to his version of the facts. He tells her that he was impressed with Chef Saneka, who agreed to take him under his wing as a clerk. After 6 months of training, DeLobel finally presented him with his first creation. She was very proud that Saneka had decided to put it on her menu, until she realized that she had appropriated it as hers. DeLobele then discovered that Saneca was prone to stealing prescriptions from his clerks. So he threatened to stop. But without the loan, her cooking was no longer as inventive, and Saneka lost her stardom, leading to suicide.
Despite his explanation, Amy doesn’t believe it. She decides to put on Oz the screenshots of the hate messages that DeLobal sent her father, as well as the letter that the latter wrote to her before his death. Upon their discovery, several students, including Tom and Malik, believe Amy and support her in the hope that DeLabel will leave the institute.
In the management office, Antoine, Clotilde and Olivia also support the young woman and require DeLobel’s master class. But Tessier decides to hear her story before canceling the masterclass. Therefore, at the end of the day, he invites her to his house. DeLabel then tells him that Saneca was prone to stealing and misappropriating his clerks’ prescriptions. Two years ago, DeLobel found a young clerk in particular who had fallen victim to these methods. Teyssier therefore urges Delobel to have this clerk speak publicly about the painting. But DeLobel doesn’t want to destroy the image Em still has of her father. He prefers to stop the master class and leave the institute.
In turn, Amy scolds Jasmine for defending Delobal just because he is her child’s grandfather. Quentin intervenes and reveals that DeLobel is telling the truth. Indeed, Saneka stole one recipe from him while she was working as a clerk. Thanks to DeLobele’s pressure, Saneka eventually took him off the card, but lost his third star. Quentin tries to open Amy’s eyes to the fact that her father was a fraud. He can’t admit it, the girl hits him…

A little later, Gaspard arrived at the studio he had booked to prepare. With Carla, he laughs at Coline’s lack of aesthetics. Annoyed, she decides to leave, declaring that she’d rather be in bad taste than a bad person.
During the Cours de la Cheffe Armand, Colin presents his plate and receives 12/20. If the drainage is still not adequate, the taste is there. Carla, on the other hand, gets 10/20. Unlike his cousin, he has trained his plate perfectly, but his recipe is too classic.
After classes, Carla stays with Berenice to clean the kitchen. He will not recover from having a less than favorable remark on his cousin. Without suspecting that Colin understands this, Carla declares that her cousin is a lost cause that disgusts her. Coline replies that it’s mutual, then leaves the kitchen.
