Michael Meallor: Kyle returns, but he doesn’t yet know that Diane is back. He immediately senses that something is going on, and he hasn’t told his father, Jack, about it… he asks questions because he notices that those close to him are behaving differently than usual. However, she sees him again, and he is gunned down…

Kyle wants to meet his mother…but how dare she do it after years of believing her to be dead? He is in conflict with himself, because on the one hand he wants nothing to do with her, and on the other hand, this is a dream come true! It is an interesting dilemma for him.

At the same time, Tessa and Maria are getting married. The latter also asks him to perform at the ceremony, so he will have to stay in Genoa City for a while.

Peter is like a second father to me. We live very close to each other. We spend time together outside the sets. I know his wife, unfortunately, they have a real son, so I can’t change (laughs) I love Peter very much.

Summer will also return, but will change the performer. Indeed, Alison Lanier will change the hunter king character game. Are you still in contact with the latter? What do you think of “New Summer”?

Hunter and I still talk sometimes. He is awesome! We are sorry that he was not coming back. She’s Summer Newman, it’s been a long time… It’s been an interesting transition for me as an actress to play with a different person but with the same character!

Alison is fantastic, she got to know who Summer was from the beginning, while developing new dynamics, new nuances… It was an enriching process, but let’s not forget that she played the same character! I have never done this before.

Why did you leave the show for a few months and finally come back?

I made the decision to spend some time on my own. We were coming out of covid, the lockdown, the stoppage of filming… Hollywood was coming back to life, but I wanted to use this moment for me and my wife. So I was away for about ten months. But somewhere I always know I’ll be back. The young and the restless have a special place in my heart…
