It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Wednesday 13 November 2024 Episode 1045 [SPOILERS]

On Wednesday, November 13, it all starts here…

Anais and Milan kiss each other

At the atelier, Anais goes to see Judy, who is working on a new restaurant-lab creation. He envies her for being such an inspiration. For his part, he thought all night and came up with only one idea to enter. Judy advises him to brainstorm with the team to find inspiration. But Anais stresses that his disagreement with Milan makes things difficult.

When she arrives in the kitchen, Anais is reviewing the previous day’s service with her team. He realizes that he needs to be a better listener in order to improve his communication. Then he announces a change to the menu entry: the truffle rosette. While Vic and Leonard fear they won’t be able to learn a new recipe at the last minute, Anais believes they totally can and demonstrates to them.

However, during the service, Leonard returns from the commissary empty-handed: no more truffles. At the same time, Bill announces that Teissier has just moved into the dining room and that he already knows the new menu item. If Vicky suggests backing down, Anais doesn’t want to change a thing. He thinks of a way back and doesn’t want to take the medicine that Sam gave him. Milan interrupts him without realizing it, offering to help him develop a new vegetable-based recipe with just a little grated truffle. Anais approves her idea and starts preparing.

After the service, Anais meets with Tessier in the park to get his opinion on her entry. The latter claims that the recipe was bolder than the rest of the menu. A reactivated Anais promises him that she has plenty of ideas for the rest.

In turn, Enzo and Vicki tell Jude about the progress of the job at Double A. Even if the collaboration between Anais and her second-in-command is working now, Vicky fears that their relationship could fall apart at any moment.

In the evening, Anais meets Milan in the kitchen to convey Teissier’s congratulations on their newbies. She decides to officially put him on the map and suggests they choose a new name together. He adds that he also wants to develop the rest of the menu with him around this starter. Milan cheerfully points out her change and agrees to work with her on the condition that she admits she was wrong to leave him aside all this time.

Anais then confirms to the young man that she did not want to work with him and that she was doing everything to avoid him because she was afraid that he would lose all his means. He also admits that it is. Milan approaches him and kisses him. They exchange passionate kisses…

Alice refuses to be put in a box

In the management office, Hortense and Stanislaus help Alice, who wants to stop printing her technical sheets. In fact, she realized she had forgotten the circumflex accent on the E in Black Forest.

If Stanislaus believes that it is not so serious, Alice, on the contrary, admits that it worries her and that she already has trouble concentrating at the moment because of Gaspard, who claimed that she was autistic. Alice admits that she has been told this before, but in a more mocking tone. However, Gaspard was really worried about him. Hortense reassures Alice by telling her that she is not autistic.

A little later, Hortense goes to see Gaspard with Stanislas in the park and tries to find out why he said such things to Alice. The young man explains that the signs are very clear and that he really thought he could help his teacher, just like when his little brother was diagnosed and he was relieved to be able to talk about what he had always felt.

Afterwards, Hortense and Stanislaus look online to see if Alice has any signs of autism. They find that it checks a few boxes. When Alice finally joins them, they offer to consult with someone who can help her. Behind their attention, a young woman thanks them. However, she doesn’t want this to change anything between them because she loves their friend.

Later, Gaspard approaches Alice in the hallway to apologize for destabilizing her with his words. However, he thinks it would be good if he could put his feelings into words. But Alice says she’s doing great and doesn’t want to be put in a box or treated differently. Gaspard apologizes for his insistence.

Coline continues to lie to her mother

In the park, Coline talks to Carla and Berenica, who both know he’s been lying to his mother about going to the institute. However, they think she should tell him the truth.

A little later, Colin goes to his mother’s farm. He sells vegetables there and asks his daughter to help him harvest lettuce the next day. So he asks her to take time off from work. Colin promises to find a way out.

During the first years Chef Armand’s class, Teissier shows up unannounced to announce that their first pastry class will take place the next morning. He warns that he will not tolerate lateness or absence.

Very annoyed, Koline confides in Carla and Berenice. They advise him to skip Taysier’s class to help his mother, so that the headmaster will not even notice his absence, because he does not know first years. Because Berenia will be helping him, he will even be able to explain the course to Colin in detail.
