Elliott was taken to the police station
After being arrested, Eva is questioned by the police in connection with the murder of Curtis. When Lt. Cross points out that a witness saw him very panicked at the crime scene, the French teacher insists that he is unfamiliar with drug dealing before suggesting that he was probably speeding to get home. After Ian shows her a photo of him wearing a shirt with small blood stains on it, Eve states that she has nothing to add, then asks to leave. Unfortunately, Ian decides to take her into police custody.
Eve then calls Claudine, who joins her in the interrogation room. Since the explanation he gave the police is too light, Claudine urges her client to tell the truth in order to protect him as much as possible. So Eve tells him that she was indeed present when Curtis was killed.
On the advice of her lawyer, Eve confesses to Ian that she lied, saying that she had a meeting with Curtis that evening to buy cocaine. As he was leaving, a man on a motorcycle came and shot him. Unfortunately, the French teacher cannot describe the killer to him because he was wearing a full-face helmet.
Later, Ian, Alex and Commissioner Becker evaluate the investigation. While the police agree that Eva could not have killed the trafficker, they find it hard to believe that she had a meeting with him to buy drugs. The investigators then wonder if Eve will try to cover up for Elliot. To find out, Commissioner Becker orders his teams to interrogate him as quickly as possible.
Faced with the seriousness of the situation, Alex calls Manu and informs him that Eva has been arrested by the police. Although he is in Paris for training, Manu says he will be back as soon as possible. Alex tries to win her over, but to no avail.
In the afternoon, Ian goes to Elliot and Muriel’s house and takes the young man to the police station.
At the same time, Manu goes to the police station especially angry. After he orders her to calm down, the commissioner asks her to follow him to his office. While he tries to figure out why his partner is in the police, the commissioner tells him the whole story. Only Manu loses his temper and insists that Eva is neither a drug addict nor a murderer. When he asks to see her, the commissioner refuses.
Achille discovers the truth about Hugo
At the high school, Charlotte finds Achilles in the hallways and kisses him. A kiss that didn’t go unnoticed by Tom, who quickly asked his friend about her new romance.
Achille then confides in him that Charlotte kissed him under special circumstances. He then tells her about a ceremony in honor of a florist that he attended. And if it seems strange to him at first, Achilles realizes that it was good to hear good things about his father.
Later, Sohani finds Charlotte and Achille in the corridors. When she tries to find out if her daughter has graduated from school, she gets angry and pushes him away. Once alone, Charlotte questions Achilles about the florist’s investigation. However, the young man explains that this is a taboo subject with his mother. For her part, Charlotte is asking herself a lot of questions about the case. How did the police find Kristoff? Why did he kill himself? At the same time, Achille is very thoughtful.
In turn, Tom tells Maeve that Charlotte took Achille to a sectarian group with her fame as a florist. Tom and Maeve fear that their friend will end up in a tailspin again.
Not far from there, Achille takes advantage of a basketball game with Hugo to find out how the police discovered that her father was a florist. Uncomfortable, the coroner suggests that this case did not really follow. The young man asks him other questions, but Hugo quickly ends the conversation.
At the end of the day, Achille takes advantage of his mother’s absence and looks for the computer. Then she finds out that Hugo lied to her and that she was the one who discovered that her father was a serial killer…
