Milan lies to protect Anais

Anais and Milan wake up in each other’s arms with their roommate in the swamp. While she kisses her lover, Anais feels dizzy. Worried about his symptoms, Milan questions him. Anais ends up revealing the doctors’ diagnosis to him while downplaying the seriousness of his illness. He assures her that everything will be fine after the surgery and plans to take care of her as soon as her event menu tasting is over. When Milan suggests postponing the tasting to prioritize her health, Anais asks her to trust him.

At the Institute, Matteo surprises Milan in the wine cellar. In fact, the latter was cleaning up the last debris left over from the previous day. Confronted by his friend, he claims he was looking for a bottle for Anais. When Matteo offers to help with the selection, Milan turns him down.

Afterwards, Milan goes to the infirmary to question Constance about Anais’ illness, leading people to believe that her cousin is the victim. Constance confirms that it is a genetic disease affecting the inner ear, then explains that surgery is possible. On the other hand, he insists on the need to rest, otherwise the pain will increase. Finally, it highlights the possibility of hearing loss if the operation lasts too long.

During service at Double A, Zoe alerts Stanislas that a customer ordered a Grand Cru, but the bottle was nowhere to be found in the cellar. Bill confirms that he has kept the crate in a specific location and offers to check it out. Witnessing the scene, Matteo remembers Milan, whom he surprised a little earlier in the wine cellar. After the service, he repeats what he saw to Billy and Vic. The latter urges him to talk to management about it.

At the studio, Milan finds Anais to help her schedule the surgery as quickly as possible. But the young woman categorically refuses to postpone the opportunity, which will allow her career to gain new momentum.

Teissier appears in the middle of their argument and asks to speak with Milan. As soon as Anais leaves, the director accuses the young man of stealing good wines. Faced with Milan’s denial, Teissier declares that he will pressure Anais to dump him. Milan then confirms that she did indeed steal the wine bottles…

Teysier blackmails Malik

Rose and Enzo criticize Teissier for humiliating and demoralizing Master’s young chefs by publicly criticizing their concept. However, Teissier states that he is not the author of the criticism.

Meanwhile, Malik notices the faces of Tommy, Lionel and Mehdi at the funeral. The latter feel humiliated by the criticism published the previous day. If they know that Teissier is not the author, they are determined to find the culprit and take revenge.

At a cafe in town, Maya finds Malik, who admits to being trapped by Teissier. In fact, he did not know that the director was going to make his criticism public. Maya urges him to stop.

The young man goes to the management office to tell Teisier, but the latter pulls the rug from under him. He assigns her to write reviews of all the young chefs’ dishes in exchange for a boost to her grade in Chef Armand’s final classes. If he refuses, then Teissier condemns him as the author of the criticism. After Malik leaves the office, Clotilda states that she does not want to participate in this blackmail.

Alice wants to keep her secret to herself

In the kitchen, Gaspard is the first to attend the pastry class. Alice then informs him that she consulted a specialist who confirmed that he was on the autism spectrum. If Gaspard supports her if necessary, Alice specifies that she prefers to remain a secret so as not to become known at the Institute. In fact, he doesn’t want to be treated differently. Gaspard insists that telling others will help him avoid some painful situations, but his teacher insists and he eventually respects her decision.

At the same time, Joachim enters the kitchen to repair the oven. Alice, in a panic, refuses to teach there and sends her to the studio. He is then distracted by the sound of whips and questions from Penelope and Suleiman. He suddenly leaves the class, claiming to have a medical appointment.

Realizing the situation, Antoine goes to check on Alice and points out her lack of professionalism. He warns her that she will have to talk to Teyssier about it and that the latter will come and observe her in one of her classes to make sure she is fully integrated into the Institute’s teaching methods. A worried Alice talks about it with Stanislaus and Hortense. The latter offers him training for this test.
