Catherine hires Elliott

Eva and Manu are still in front of Montpellier Castle. Before getting into the car, the French teacher wants to know if Manu is angry with her. The latter assures him that no. On the other hand, the policeman has a very hard time forgiving Elliot. It must be said that Manu does not appreciate the systematic hardship of the young man and takes everyone with him.

The next day, Eve goes to Elliot’s garage. Seeing him, the latter hugs him, and then apologizes. Evie then claims that she made the decision because she was well aware of the risks. He then grabs her face and then tells her that he will always be there for her. With a smile on his face, he adds that the important thing is that they got over it.

When she asks how he is, Elliot tells her that he’s been living in her garage since he broke up with Muriel. Eve then tries to cheer him up, promising that everything will work out in the end.

At the police station, Commissioner Becker congratulates Ian on the investigation. However, Ian is worried because there are still too many gray areas for him in this matter. Indeed, the policeman continues to think that Eve was at the scene of the crime because her son owes Curtis money. However, Commissioner Becker points out that they have nothing to prove it. All he knows for sure is that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Indeed, Commissioner Becker is convinced that he had nothing to do with Curtis’ murder.

In turn, Kathryn calls Elliott because she wants to use his services and wants to negotiate some sort of package to prioritize her shopping. Therefore, he will offer him 1000 euros per month with the purchase price. Eliot accepts.

Meanwhile, Manu comes to see Yan to make peace. However, Lieutenant Cross ironically replies that he does not believe the version he gave the commissioner at all. Manu then replies that they have put Curtis’ killer behind bars and that the case is now closed.

At the end of the day, Eliot tells Charles about Catherine Laumier’s proposal. While the young man tries to figure out if meeting Boris will bother him, Elliott thinks it won’t happen, having heard that mother and daughter don’t get along. And suffice it to say that Eva’s son is not ready to forget Boris…

Claudine wins her case

At the BGL office, Alix forces Claudine to listen to Mr. Breval’s tape in which he admits to consuming potassium syrup to induce a heart attack. Claudine congratulates her friend on receiving such recognition. From now on, he has enough to force her to withdraw her complaint.

A few hours later, Maître Levars played the famous recording for Eloi Bréval. Now he has two options: either he will withdraw the complaint at the request of the opposing party, or he will keep it and this record will be on the judge’s desk. The latter could also initiate proceedings on behalf of the prosecutor for health insurance fraud, defamation and defamation. In other words, Eloy Breval will pay dearly for it. Eloy Breval at the Wall agrees to withdraw the complaint.

In turn, Claudine tells Floran and Johanna how she managed to prove Janet’s innocence and Mr. Breval’s manipulation. He then criticizes Johanna for wanting to get Janet to apologize, but primarily for doing a bad job.

Afterwards, Claudine goes to Janet and Becker’s house with a bottle of champagne to tell them the good news. The lawyer clearly takes the opportunity to skip the dinner, much to her ex-husband’s dismay.

Meanwhile, Johanna gets annoyed. Needless to say, no one wants to believe that Claudine poisoned him. Fortunately, Sabine believes in him. He even recommends revenge! At the same time, Sabine receives a message from her mother, who sends her a photo with the Bakers. After showing Johanna, Sabina explains to her that Claudine ultimately wanted to make amends with Janet so she could be closer to her family.
