In total, the Court issued seven temporary arrest warrants
At least seven members of Mancha Alviverde, from Palmeiras, were arrested this Tuesday morning, 3, on charges of having participated in the ambush that resulted in the death of a Cruzeiro member of the Mafia Azul in Mairiporã (SP). Temporary arrest warrants are served by the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP).

The court ordered the arrest of 13 people and the search and seizure of 23 addresses in municipalities in the metropolitan region. Last Friday 1st, Alekssander Ricardo Tancredi, 31, was also arrested, accused of the crimes of murder, personal injury, damage, riot and criminal association.
He underwent a custody hearing and remains at the disposal of the Court, according to a note from the Public Security Secretariat of São Paulo sent to Terra.
The case occurred on October 27, when 150 Palmeiras and Cruzeiros fans clashed with iron bars and wooden clubs, at kilometer 56 of Fernão Dias, in the direction of Belo Horizonte (MG). The ambush ended with the death of José Victor Miranda, 30 years old, member of the Mafia Azul, from Cruzeiro, Sete Lagoas (MG).
He was taken to the Anjo Gabriel hospital, in Mairiporã, in very serious condition due to burns. The boy was hospitalized, but did not survive
The case is investigated as an “allegation” by residents of Palmeiras due to an action by Cruzeiros fans against members of Mancha Alviverde in 2022, on the same street. At that point, four people were injured by gunfire. One of them, Jorge Luís Sampaio Santos, was beaten and during the fight his membership card, documents and credit cards were snatched. His videos were exposed on social media.
This Wednesday, 4th, Cruzeiro and Palmeiras will face each other at Mineirão, in Belo Horizonte, in a match of the 37th day of the Brazilian Championship. A letter sent to clubs by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) stated that the match will take place behind closed doors. In turn, the Minas Gerais team has appealed to the common courts, requesting that the clash on the pitch take place only with Cruzeiro fans in the stands, and awaits the decision.
