The public was unable to follow the “Decompression Cabin” with Lucas Selfie and the repercussions of the person’s departure to the Headquarters
The PlayPlus platform, streaming from Record TV, went offline on Thursday evening (12/5) shortly after the broadcast of “A Fazenda 16”, without the public being able to see the consequences of Flora Cruz’s elimination. As soon as presenter Adriane Galisteu invited open viewers to continue following the reality show in streaming, the platform stopped working.
Complaints soon filled social media, but could also be seen in the live streams following the live elimination. The application simply stopped opening on mobile phones, tablets and Smart TVs, while the address playplus.com began warning Internet browsers that “this page does not work”.
Ignoring the problem, the official profile of “A Fazenda” on social media continued to update its contents inviting the public to watch the live broadcast on PlayPlus. In the comments, users asked, “Was PlayPlus a problem?” and “Where is PlayPlus?”
The official PlayPlus profile also ignored the issue. A post revealed that the “Decompression Cabin” program took place at the usual time without the public having access to the signal. The post with the photo of Lucas Selfie interviewing Flora was full of comments underlining the impossibility of watching the chat.
The program was not shown to many subscribers because the app only started working again at 0:45, after about an hour of inactivity. Even so, some people reported seeing the interview. Neither PlayPlus nor Record TV responded.
