For the Union Attorney General’s Office (PGR), the arrest of Braga Neto would avoid interference in the investigation.
According to the PF, members of the Kids Pretos, an elite group of the Brazilian army, were tasked with poisoning President Lula and Deputy Geraldo Alckmin (PSB) and planting explosive devices to kill the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court ( STF ), Alexander of Moraes.
