Martin and George immediately organize a search of the Delcourts. PTS finds the sneakers Michael uses for running, as well as boxes of anxiolytics in his belongings. Chloe emphasizes that this is not surprising given the circumstances in which her cousin lost his wife.
Back at the police station, Martin questions Michael, who explains that he has been taking anxiolytics to manage his anxiety attacks since his wife’s death. Regarding Victoire and the novel, Michael states that he was worried that whoever attacked Fred would also attack his niece. So he wanted to protect her wisely. Martin believes because everything indicates that he is telling the truth. But he stresses that he should have been told much earlier. Aurora agrees to a truce

Roxanne admits that she wanted to find a place to go on vacation with him and their daughter, but decided against it at the last minute.
Meanwhile, William has a session with Gloria, Samuel’s osteopath. She agreed to go to the hospital. She notices that William still has a blockage in his back and suspects that he is repressing his emotions. He advises to sleep well, exercise, but also have fun. In addition, she offers him a drink that evening.
At the police station, Manon tells her mother that she is going to spend Christmas Eve alone with Nordin. In fact, he refuses to choose between his parents.
On the spoon, William drinks with Gloria. He wants to clear things up by revealing to her that he is in the middle of a divorce. But he realizes that he has made films for himself. Gloria did not invite him to flirt with her. He says he left his girlfriend to start a relationship with his best friend.
In the evening, Aurora agrees to meet William at the hospital. In order not to sacrifice their daughter, Aurora is willing to spend Christmas Eve with her family the way she wants. After leaving at the beginning, William confirms his consent. Aurore still stresses that it doesn’t change anything between them.
