Netflix released, this Wednesday (18), the first trailer for The Electric Statenew film by the brothers Anthony and Joe Russianfrom Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), which arrives in the streaming platform’s catalog in March 2015.
What is the story of The Electric State?
Set in an alternate version of the 1990s, The Electric State tells the story of Michelle (Millie Bobby Brown, Stranger Things), a young orphan in a world where robots, who have served humans in the past, live in exile in the Exclusion Zone after an attempted rebellion and a war in which they were defeated.
In one night, everything Michelle thinks he knows about the world is challenged when a sweet and mysterious robot, Cosmoappears at your house claiming to be controlled by his younger brother, the genius Christopherwho she thought was dead.
Determined to find the youngest, Michelle embarks on an adventure through the southwestern United States, alongside Cosmo, until he crosses the path of the smuggler Keats (Chris Pratt, Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3) and his robot, the fun Hermanwith whom he ends up joining forces to try to unravel the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Christopher.
