The case occurred on the night of last Wednesday, the 25th, Christmas holidays. According to the accident documentation, Bernardo threw punches, kicks and kicks at the teenager.
The investigations reveal that the couple, together for a year, had a disagreement motivated by jealousy, which resulted in attacks. In the testimony, the victim stated that she attempted to escape the attacks and went to the kitchen of the facility where they were staying. Bernardo allegedly went after her, saying he would kill her.
The boy then went into the room to get a firearm. At that moment, the teenager grabbed a knife and, to defend himself, injured Bernardo in the leg. She managed to escape and asked the apartment building doorman for help, who called the military police.
The episode was recorded at the 1st Specialized Women’s Assistance Commissariat (Deam). Bernardo was accused of attempted femicide, illegal possession of a firearm and criminal damage for breaking his girlfriend’s cell phone. Police also seized a 9mm pistol from the funk player.
On social media, Bernardo’s defense took a position on the cancellation of the shows after the arrest of the funk singer. See the note in full:
“Regarding the Boladin 211 case, the defense informs that, unfortunately, the shows scheduled for December 27, 2024 will be canceled due to force majeure. We apologize and clarify that the nightclubs have no relation to the situation. We will comment on the situation shortly. case in question”, reads the note signed by lawyers Josiane Souza de Campos and Luana May da Silva Vieira.
The singer is one of the emerging names of Rio Grande do Sul. On social media, Boladin 211 has 1.3 million followers. One of his clips, recorded with MC Ryan SP, reached 90 million views.
