A thing to remember

Back-to-back weekends and similar at the US box office! The rating revealed on Monday morning is almost unchanged compared to last week.

One exception: Mufasa Finally took first place and managed to beat Sonic 3. The two family films are neck and neck. It is on the cumulative side Sonic 3 Who works better.

The Lion King prequel will take in $23 million more over the weekend, bringing its total to $168 million in North American theaters since its release. It’s a far cry from the aftermath of Jon Favreau’s The Lion King.

A rare non-family film to reach the top 5 at the US box office: a repeat film Nosferatu By Robert Eggers. This horror film grossed $13.2 million ($69 million total). Starring Lily-Rose Depp, Nicholas Hoult, Bill Skarsgård, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Willem Dafoe, the feature film is a remake of one of the greatest classics of horror cinema, Nosferatu, directed in 1922 by Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau. This film is inspired by a mysterious episode from the voyage of Demetrius taken from Bram Stoker’s novel Dracula.
