Six lots of the Porto Seco Complex will be auctioned this Wednesday

The funds raised will be allocated to the Municipal Fund for the Restoration, Reform and Maintenance of the Real Estate Heritage of the Municipality of Porto Alegre (Funpat)

Six lots owned by the municipality, located in the Porto Seco Logistics Complex, will be auctioned on Wednesday 15th, at 9:00. The public session can be followed on the Public Procurement Portal website at this link.

The six lots total a total area of ​​29,884.82 m² in the complex located in the Santa Rosa de Lima neighborhood. The initial proposal is R$ 1,608,000.00, which can be paid in full or in installments.

The funds raised will be allocated to the Municipal Fund for the Restoration, Reform and Maintenance of the Real Estate Heritage of the Municipality of Porto Alegre (Funpat).

“With the sale of these lands and the lots already sold, it will be possible to relaunch the economic growth of the Porto Seco Logistics Complex, generating new businesses, employment and social development in the region,” says the municipal secretary of Administration and Heritage, Cassiá Carpes.
