Marvel has released a new national poster and trailer for the She-Hulk series, which will be called “She-Hulk: Defender of Heroes” in Brazil. And what stands out most is the evolution of visual effects, which have improved a lot since the reveal of the first trailer last May, when the heroine was even compared to Princess Fiona, from “Shrek”, on social networks.
The video features Tatiana Maslany (“Orphan Black”) as Jennifer Walters, a proponent of superpowers, who eventually becomes the superheroine called She-Hulk. Although the preview doesn’t show how he inherits the Hulk’s powers, the storyline has maintained its kinship with Bruce Banner, who appears as his greenish alter ego to teach his cousin how to control his new powers. The funniest part of the trailer is how much better he is than Mark Ruffalo’s character in each test.
The video also shows many other characters from the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), such as the Abomination (again played by Tim Roth after “The Incredible Hulk”), the Sorcerer Supreme Wong (Benedict Wong), the villain Titania (Jameela Jamil , from “The Good Place”) and even Daredevil (Charlie Cox), who will return to his series in 2024.
