The president-elect of the United States, donald trumphe arrived in Washington on Saturday evening, the 18th, accompanied by his wife Melania and son Barron. The Republican arrived in the American capital for the start of the celebrations for his inauguration, scheduled for Monday the 20th. The images taken by Reuters captured the moment of arrival.

The first day of events scheduled for the inauguration of the president also began this Saturday. The Republican will take the oath of office on Monday the 20th at 2pm (Brasilia time) in front of the Capitol.

In total, there are four days of celebration that will mark the inauguration of the new American president. The program begins with Trump’s visit to his golf course in Virginia, where a ceremony will take place followed by a fireworks display.
