After three weeks on the show, Erika’s first season ends tonight on TF1. The series, starring Julie de Bona and Gregory Fitus, follows Erika Faure, a novelist who returns to her hometown to uncover real-life crimes.
When her best friend dies under mysterious circumstances, she meets Patrick, a somewhat sinister police captain. It’s love at first sight! After a one-night stand, a young woman becomes pregnant and the two lovers must come to terms with the start of a relationship and this, to say the least, unexpected baby.
With the final two episodes of this first chapter airing just hours away, can we expect to discover a sequel very soon? According to Grigory Fitous, speaking in the columns of Télé 7 jours, the answer is still unclear: “
“Society will decide!”
“With my experience as an actor, I learned to take it day by day. It all depends on many parameters! It is the community that will decide whether it wants to continue. I think the writers are already working on the next six episodes.”
He continues: “In any case, it would be a great pleasure for me to continue playing Patrick. The principle of the first season is to establish intrigue and characters. Ultimately, I hope we want to know more about them and see them in even more incredible situations.”
“I really got attached to the hero”
The same story with Julie de Bona, who was interviewed by us before the start of the series: “JI was very attached to the character and would love to see him. A second season to do another little tour with him, yes. There are still toys!”
See you tonight to discover the last episodes of the seriesErika From 21:10 on TF1!
