Two new Avengers movies announced by Marvel at Comic-Con

Marvel handed it all over to San Diego Comic-Con and announced not one, but two new Avengers movies during the studio panel at the event this Saturday night. Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars both arrive in the same year: 2025.

The first arrives on May 2 and the second on November 7 and should be a related story, just like it did with Infinity War and Endgame. Incidentally, the two must complete Marvel’s Phase Six, which begins in 2024 with the Fantastic Four. To get an idea of how far the studio is, we are currently in phase four of productions in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Also according to Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, the two productions will conclude the Multiverse Saga, the sequel to the Infinity Saga, which lasted 10 years and ended in Endgame. Fortunately for fans, the new saga will be significantly shorter, as it started in 2021.

There is still no synopsis for the new Avengers movies, but from the name it is possible to imagine that the main villain must be Kang the Conqueror, presented briefly in the Loki series on Disney Plus. Secret Wars is a famous comic book saga of the publisher , which originally took place between 1984 and 1985 and with a reboot in 2015, the most recent version even has as one of the central themes of the multiverse, the title of the current saga of the studio in cinemas.

The event also revealed a new Daredevil series for Disney Plus, the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever trailer, and the full release schedule for Marvel’s Phase 5.
