During San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel made numerous announcements including the studio’s full Phase 5 release schedule and two new Avengers movies. However, the most exciting moment during the studio panel at Saturday night’s event was, without a doubt, the release of the trailer for the Black Panther sequel, titled Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
The trailer shows a probable conflict between the inhabitants of Wakanda and Namor, leader of an underwater people of many mysteries. The preview also reveals what appears to be the funeral of T’challa, the protagonist of the first feature film, played by Chadwick Boseman, who died in 2020 from cancer.
In the trailer it is possible to see that Shuri (Letitia Wright) and Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) are expected to receive a lot of attention in the sequel, which will also introduce the aforementioned Namor, played by Latin Tenoch Huerta, and Riri. Williams, played by Dominique Thorne, who is expected to take on the identity of Ironheart, a sort of spiritual successor to Iron Man, in an already announced Disney Plus series.

In addition to Black Panther, Marvel announces two new Avengers
Marvel even announced not one, but two new Avengers movies during the studio panel. Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars both arrive in the same year: 2025.
The first arrives on May 2 and the second on November 7 and should be a related story, just like it did with Infinity War and Endgame. Incidentally, the two must complete Marvel’s Phase Six, which begins in 2024 with the Fantastic Four. To get an idea of how far the studio is, we are currently in phase four of productions in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Also according to Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, the two productions will conclude the Multiverse Saga, the sequel to the Infinity Saga, which lasted 10 years and ended in Endgame. Fortunately for fans, the new saga will be significantly shorter, as it started in 2021.
