Jurassic Park is releasing a new gross toy and I need it ASAP

The loudest noise coming out of San Diego Comic-Con is almost always about upcoming film and television adaptations, especially in the superhero, science fiction or fantasy genres, but in collecting circles there are always rumors about artwork, action figures, comics and Funko. It also opens. Many franchises use the annual convention, which returned in person this year, to tease or showcase entirely new offers, and this year the Jurassic Park/ Jurassic world The franchise was no exception. Mattel has given fans a sneak peek of a bunch of dinosaur-themed action figures on the horizon, and there’s one I can’t get enough of.

Remember that scene in Jurassic Park where Dr. Sattler is digging in dinosaur poop to try and figure out what’s going on with the triceratops? Well, this is implemented as a toy. You can see it in all its glory below …

As you can see in the photo, the Dr. Sattler action figure is equipped with interchangeable arms. So if you want him to be cleaner and more in line with the start of the tour, you can definitely keep him that way. If you want it to get a little rougher, you can change hands and it will quickly get covered in dirt. The disgusting and striking figure in equal parts will hit the market later this year, featuring a dilophosaurus, which looks set to sprinkle mud on Dennis Nedry’s stupid thief face. Jurassic Park has remained popular since its initial release. The collectables market around the franchise has always been active, but now is a particularly favorable time to release this figure as Dr. Sattler, played by the wonderful Laura Dern, has just returned for Jurassic world 3, along with characters played by other original movie stars Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum. The film, entitled domination of the Jurassic worldit hit theaters in June and has grossed nearly $ 1 billion at the box office since its release.

Unsurprisingly, Mattel has also gone big with several other San Diego Comic-Con debuts for other franchises. Many WWE personalities have made their debuts including some new retro sweets. Additionally, the famed producer gave fans a look at some awesome Hot Wheels pop culture crossovers and a ton of toys to mark He-Man’s 40th anniversary.

Over the past decade, the action figure market has really expanded to cater to both kids who want to play with toys and collectors who are willing to pay for a more premium experience. Regardless of what you can do with this Dr. Sattler figure, it’s a must have for everything Jurassic Park fans, and it will also be a great topic for discussion, given how memorable this scene is almost thirty years later.
