At least 301 people were brought to the island of Lampedusa
More than 300 migrants landed on Saturday (24) on the island of Lampedusa, in southern Italy, in at least five saved boats and in one of them a pregnant young Ethiopian gave birth.
The first 10 -meter ship was found by the Cp271 patrol boat, with 125 Bengali, Egyptians, Eritreans, Ethiopians, Pakistani and Syrians on board, including four women and five smaller. The group reported having left Sabratah, Libya, after paying between 5.5 thousand and 7 thousand euros.
In the meantime, the financial guard has hired a tire with 36 other migrants, including two women and one smaller.
Everyone came from Syria, Sudan and Pakistan and had embarked in Libya.
In another ship, with 46 people on board, a pregnant young Ethiopian gave birth to a dramatic context. Immediately, after landing at Favarolo Quay in Lampedusa, the woman and the newborn were transferred to the island hospital. Both are healthy, according to relationships. .
