Korean culture has been increasing for some time, from the highlight of K-Pop musical artists, to the Oscar winner for the best film of 2020, “parasite”. In addition, the dramatic series, called Doramas, wins more and more fans in Brazil and all over the world.
With the repercussion, other productions of different styles have started to be produced by large companies, such as Netflix, winning spectators from all sides. These are series and films that deal with themes ranging from supernatural to revenge, crossing zombies and fights. Among these is more than famous “Round 6”, which was the debut of the second season at the end of 2024.
The second part of the series reached the records on the platform, being the largest debut in the history of Netflix, Debaning “Wandinha” since 2022. There have been 68 million views in the first week. The first season also made history, becoming the most assisted by streaming, with 265.2 million views.

1 – Sweet Home (2020)
The production is concentrated on zombies, with a plot that accompanies the young Cha Hyun Soo, an orphan that moves alone to a living development. One day a strange phenomenon happens and humans begin to become wild monsters like zombies. Therefore, the protagonist and all residents of the building must fight for survival.
The series is an adaptation of a three -seasons webtoon, being Song Kang (“My favorite Demon”). There are also Lee Do-Hyun (“The Good Bad Mother”), Park Gyu-Young (“Celebrity”), Oh Jung-See (“Okay Not Normal”) and Go Min -i (“Love Alarm). The degree of the series is 7.2 in IMDB and 8.7 on my dramas list.
2 – My name (2021)
“My Name” is an original Netflix production, which tells the story of Yoon Ji Woo, a woman looking for revenge for the death of her father. He is willing to do anything to come to his goal, even ally with an organized garment that promises help to obtain justice. However, he must reimburse the favor, entering the police to act as an informer of the criminal.
The protagonist is played by Han so-hee (“despite everything, love”). The cast also has names like Ahn Bo-Hyun (“I see you in the following life”), Moon Sang-Min (“Modern Cinderella”), Chang Ryul (“A daily dose of sunshine”) and Park Hee-Soon (” “The heir”).
3 – We all died (2022)
The series is based on the webtoon “now in our school”, and its plot takes place inside Hyosan, a college that becomes the epicenter of a zombie virus. In it, people are quickly infected and the survivors remain blocked at school by fighting their lives.
Over time, students are increasingly isolated, with little communication with the rest of the world and face the small amount of food and weapons. Outside, the authorities try to contain the virus and look for a cure.
The production has a season with 12 episodes, the second announced, without information on the release date. The cast presents names such as Yoon Chan Young (“Back to the high school of a gangster”), Park Ji Hoo (“Little Women”), Cho Yi Hyun (“The Movies”) and Park Solomon (“Lookism”). The IMDB degree is 7.5 and on my dramatic list, 8.5.
4 – Demon Hunters (2023)
In history, a group of hunters of evil spirits disguise themselves as employees of the restaurant and are called “accounting”. Everyone has a special ability to help to hunt demons such as healing, memories and strength. Choi Jang Mool is the leader of the group, being a living legend among South Korea hunters.
The series, which mixes fantasy, action and comedy, has two seasons with 10 episodes each and is based on a webtoon with the same name. Its cast has big names, such as Jo Byeong Kyu (“Sky Castle”), Kim Se Jeong (“Surprise applicant”), Yu Jun Sang (“Alchemy of Souls”) and Kim Hiera (“The lesson”). 5 – Black Knight (2023)
Black Knight is a dystopian series that takes place in 2071 and mixes action, science fiction and suspense. In the plot, atmospheric pollution has closed most of humanity and what remains lives in a system of rigid classes. One of these is that of the Knights, the deliveries that are also responsible for security, who have to face any danger to respect the missions.
It is a miniseries of only six episodes, without predictions of a second season. The protagonist is played by Star Kim Woo Bin (“The Black Break Agent”) and the cast also has Kang Yoo Seok (“Payback: Money and Power”), ESOM (“Ltns”) and Song Seng Heon (“The Player) In my list of dramas, the degree is 8.1, while in IMDB it is 6.4.
6 – Caccia Bunctors (2023)
This is also a webtoon-based job, and this duo boxer accompanies Kim Geon-Woo and Hong Woo-Jin. They approach when Geon-Woo’s mother receives threats from a loan shark and fighters decide to end its plans using their skills. To implement their plans, the two combine with President Choi, a retired shark.
The series has a season of 8 episodes and is played by the actors Woo Do Hwan (“Mr. Plankton”) and Lee Sang Yi (“My favorite demon”). The cast are still Helo Joon-Ho (“I hugs”), Park Sung-Wong (“The Wild”) and Siwon, a member of the K-Pop Super Junior group. Your IMDB degree is 8.1 and my List of Drama List, 8.6.
7 – Flower of Evil (2020)
This is another plot of suspense. In “Flower of Evil”, a family seems perfect from the outside, with Baek Hee Sung is the model of husband and father. She is married to Cha Ji Won and has a daughter with her, she lives a normal life.
However, everything changes when an old case is studied and Ji Won discovers that her husband is hiding a great secret of the past. This makes her start to suspect that the true identity of Hee Sung.
Production is a report with 16 episodes and has actors in the cast like Lee Joon Gi (“Again My Life”), Moon Chae Won (“Payback: Money and Power”), Kim Ji Hoon (“The Ballerina”) and Jang Hee Jin (“Torre di Babel”). In IMDB, your vote is 9.1, while 8.5 in my list of dramas.
8 – Rotation (2019)
The series is a good option for fans of the action, with a plot showing Geon’s Chal, a stuntman who dreams of becoming a famous action movie actor. However, his life changes completely when his nephew, who was Guardian, dies in a tragic accident on the plane.
The stuntman therefore decides to investigate the death of his nephew with the help of the secret agent Go Hae Ri, which in the end discovers a dark conspiracy.
There are 16 episodes and its cast has attracted attention with important names such as Lee Seng Gi (“Mouse”) and the singer Bae Suzy (“Doona!”) As protagonists, as well as Shin Sung Rok (“Doctor Lawyer”)) and the prize -winning actress) Moon Jeong Hee (“limit”). The notes received were 8.1 and 8.5 in IMDB and on my dramatic list, respectively.
9 – Vincenzo (2021)
This series has already been considered a success before its release, as it is played by Song Joong Ki, one of the most famous actors in South Korea. He begins to work for a family of the mafia who is at war with different factions. The patriarch of this family dies and Vincenzo decides to return to South Korea to solve the problems waiting. However, the plans are disturbed by the lawyer Hong Cha Young.
There are 16 episodes that mix action, comedy and a little romanticism, and the cast has important names such as Jeon Yeo (“Time takes you to me”), Taecyeon (“Hits Heart”), singer and member of the group at 14:00, and Kwak Dong-Youon (“Queen of tears”). In my dramatic list the vote is 8.9 and in IMDB, 8.4.
10 – Hell Prophecy (2024)
For those who love terror and suspense, “Hell Prophecy” is a good choice. The story takes place in a world where humans begin to receive visits from supernatural beings, announcing the date of people’s death. When the day arrives, they are brutally murdered. Due to the fear generated and all this chaos, the world becomes a disaster and a mysterious religious sect arrives.
There are two seasons of 6 episodes each and the cast presents Yoo Ah in (“in Flames”), Yang ik June (“Confession”), Kim Hyun Joo (“The heir”), Park Jung Min (“revolt”) And he won Jin-Ah (“Little by little to melt”). The notes received are 7.5 on my dramatic list and 6.6 in IMDB.
