The answers were collected in a study recently published by National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), whose title already anticipates the tone of discoveries: “The curious increase in productivity in US restaurants.”

The economists responsible for the study not only discovered that the productivity of the restaurant increased during the pandemic, but also quantified this growth. According to the reports of the report:
