The third franchise movie Star Wars (Sith’s Revenge) and the fourth movie (A new hope) will return to theaters in the first half of 2025.
Star Wars: Episode III – The Revenge of the Sithwill be relaunched on April 24, in celebration of its 20th anniversary. And the original version of Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope?
After decades, the version without the modifications made by George Lucaswill be displayed again. In the 2000s, the creator of the saga, relaunched the first three films with the digital effects of the time and, to this day, this is the version available on digital platforms.
The special screening will take place restrictedly in London during the opening of the Film Festival Bfi on June 12. The people present will have access to the scenes deleted from the movie and original Polaroid photos of the set.
