Ingredients:
- Package 1 and 1/2 of Cookie Maison Frame (300 g)
- 4 tablespoons of margarine
- 1
- Creamy dulce de leche, sugar and cinnamon powder to be decorated
Filling:
- 1 and 1/2 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 gems
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 200 g of dicini dulce de leche
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the biscuit, the margarine and light until it forms a wet crumb.
- Realcare the lower part of a round refractory and cook, preheated, for 8 minutes or until cooking and brown. Remove and set aside.
- In a pan, they bring the condensed milk, the maironi dissolve in milk, the egg yolks and the cinnamon over medium heat, mixing until they thickened.
- Let it heat and mix with the dulce de leche in cubes.
- Distribute on the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Garnish with Dulce de leche, sugar, cinnamon and serve.
