Practical pasta with sausage
Time: 40 minutes (+5 minutes of rest)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of diced bacon
- 1 sliced peppers sausage pill
- 2 Accardati garlic cloves
- 1 carrot cubes
- 2 tablespoons of tomato extract
- 3 cups of water
- 250 g of Penne Pasta
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green smell to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella
Preparation:
- In a pan over medium heat, fry the fat bacon until it starts to brown. Add the sausage and fry until golden brown. Add the onion, garlic and brown for 3 minutes. Add the carrot, the extract and brown for 2 minutes
- Add the water and, as soon as it starts to boil, add the pasta. Lower the heat and cook until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally
- Turn off, season with salt, pepper and green smell
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, cover and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Then serve sprinkled with chopped green green
