According to the PF, the group specializes in espionage and usual murders. The investigation also tries to find out if there was a real planning of attacks against the listed authorities.
The results are part of an investigation that began after the murder of the lawyer Roberto Zampierishot to death at the door of his office in Coiabá in December 2023. He was known as the “Lobbyist of the Court”.
The messages found on Zampieri’s cell phone raised suspicions of negotiation of judicial decisions.
Wednesday’s action is the seventh phase of the Sisamnes operation, which tries to dismantle group C4. The PF meets five arrest mandates and searches six addresses in the states of Mato Grosso, Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais.
The orders were issued by the Minister of Stf Cristiano Zanin, head of the conduct of the investigation on the sale of judgments at the Superior Court of Justice. He also determined the precautionary measures against investigations. The identities of the objectives have not yet been confirmed.
