Cinemajames Gunn and Superman cast land in Brazil and visit Christ the Redeemer

The director, along with David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan and Nicholas Hoult, are on a world tour to publicize the news of the new DC universe

The director James Gunn (Galaxy Guardians: Volume 3) and the stars of Superman, David Corenswet(Pearl) and Rachel Brosnahan(The Marvelous Ms. Maisel), are already in Brazil. The stars landed in Rio de Janeiro last Sunday (22) and, without wasting time, have already visited the city’s main postcard: the statue of Christ the Redeemer.

Along with the trio, NICHOLAS HOULT (The great), who interprets Lex Luthor, Peter Safranwhich divides the command of the new cinematic universe of DC with Gunnthey must also come to Brazil for the dissemination of Supermanwhich marks the debut of the new phase of the franchise.

Rio de Janeiro is the second stop on the world’s worldwide tour, which began in Manila, in the Philippines, on June 19. From here, the group goes to London in the United Kingdom (July 2), Paris, France (July 4), Los Angeles, the United States (July 7), New York, also in the United States (July 9) and Beijing, China (July 10). What is the story of Superman?

Superman will accompany Superman/Clark Kent in search of reconciling his Kryptonian heritage with his human creation. In the first previews disclosed, we have seen that the hero, despite using his powers to protect the earth and its inhabitants, is considered an outcast by many for not being born on our planet, which has resulted in criticism of their actions.
