Why does the number of corridors (road) grow more and more?

The obvious answer is: for health, physical and mental. Just run is much more than this

Summary

The increase in road corridors reflects the search for physical, mental and unique experiences, highlighting the importance of the environment, mentality and involvement of the community in sporting events.

It was the question I asked myself during the night race of Tricolor, which took place on Saturday 12 July. I need to contextualize history (with my story) to make sense.

I manage 30 years. Since the world in the running was a kind of bush. But I have always been a freestyle – I have never had these spreadsheets, nor did I take supplements and other waves of corridors that derive from time to time. If I have never evolved as I should, at least I progressed as an observer.

In the case of street races, I understand that the first people adhere to events and then realize the physical benefits and, in particular, mental that the exercise brings. This is why he only explains to wake up at 4 on Sunday and move many kilometers from home to participate in a collective exercise.

When I went, I did it more out of curiosity. Both on the event and on my performance.

I started 5 km and felt comfortable. In fact, I think I managed only one of these, which crossed the historic center of San Paolo, which has significantly aroused my interest as I would have passed as the conformity of the conservative with places that would never have imagined that they had that perspective.

At some point, someone told me that if I had performed 5 km comfortably, I could have tested 10 km. The opportunity came to participate in a relay marathon (I think it comes from Sugar Loaf and I think each of the four of the team worked at 10.5 km, for a total of 42 km). I went to satisfy the path, and this time it was more for the team experience.

And then it came again when someone told me that if I had run 10 km, I could have jumped 15 km. I did the Curiosity Math+interest+Autotest and I decided that I would participate in San Silvestre when New Year’s Eve in San Paolo. No sooner said than done. I thought I could not win the 2.5 km final of Brigadeiro Luiz Antônio, but I did not pass until my expectation and I reached the end?

Since then, San Silvestre has become my reference sovereign and I participated in the race of the year about 10 times. In it, I realized that the part of the distance is more in the head than on the legs. When you start the test (or any race) with your mind programmed for that mileage, the possibility of reaching it increases considerably. Of course, in front of reasonable limits – you cannot think: “Well, so I will send a marathon without preparation and I will see”.

Until we arrived at the Tricolor Night Run.

A few years had passed since I had not participated in any test. I chose to run 10 km, even if I have not almost completed such a distance in one of the three or four weekly games that I still do. And the account closed.

Perhaps from the environment (put, run around Morumbi, a stadium that brought some of the happiest moments of my life, and still finish inside!), For the mood that involves festive events like this, my head, my sovereign. But certainly for all this combined. Tricolor’s night race will probably be my parameter from now on.
