Exhibition of Walter Carvalho’s documentary about Raul Seixas will be followed by debate with experts and friends of the artist
THE Mis (Museum of Image and Sound) of São Paulo has prepared an unmissable edition for the Doc.is July. On the day 31to the 19hthe documentary will be displayed Raul: the beginning, the end and the middlefromWalter Carvalhothat dives deep into the life and legacy of one of the biggest names in Brazilian rock: Raul Seixas. After the session, the public will be able to participate in a exclusive chat with Denis Beans, Pablo Ribeiro and Sylvio Passoskey figures in the production of the film and the preservation of the artist’s story.
The documentary features rare images and interviews with family, friends and artists who lived with Raul. The film unveils not only its career and historical partnerships, such as Paulo Coelhobut also its personal relationships And the eternal impact of their songs, which continue to inspire fans, even more than 30 years after their death.
Sylvio Passosfounder of the first official fan club of Raul and responsible for much of the exhibition collection “Raul’s chest”will be in the debate to share his experiences and reflections on the singer’s legacy.
