Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sliced carrots
- 1 cup (tea) Manioc in cubes
- 1 cup of broccoli in bouquets
- Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 spoon (dessert) of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup of standard minas cheese (half care) grated
- 1/2 cup of creamy curd
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to be sprinkled
Preparation:
- In a pan, add the carrot, the manoc, the broccoli and cook in boiling water with salt for 5 minutes, over medium heat.
- Drain, distribute in a refractory average and set aside.
- Beat a blender milk, wheat flour, cheese, curd, salt, pepper and nutmeg until the uniform.
- Pour the vegetables over, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cook, preheated, for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and serve then.
