Gratin with vegetables and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1 cup (tea) Manioc in cubes
  • 1 cup of broccoli in bouquets
  • Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 spoon (dessert) of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of standard minas cheese (half care) grated

  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to be sprinkled

Preparation:

  1. In a pan, add the carrot, the manoc, the broccoli and cook in boiling water with salt for 5 minutes, over medium heat.
  2. Drain, distribute in a refractory average and set aside.
