The president of Palmeiras Leila Pereira made this Friday, a speech focused directly on the fans. He asked for patience for the situation in which the club lives at the moment, stating that there is a reformulation of summer and that things can be unstable for a while.

“I wanted to talk to the millions of fans. I wanted to talk to the millions of fans. I have no doubts that we are all angry and frustrated by the disqualification of the Brazilian Cup (…) I wanted to ask Palm fans to have a little patience.
During the moment, it came out in defense of Abel Ferreira, criticized by a part of the fans after the round of 16 defeats of the Brazilian cup against the Corinthians. The Portuguese even attacked by some supporters who asked with him the termination of the contract.
