Jason Momoawho will soon be seen in ‘Aquaman 2: The Lost Kingdom’ and ‘Fast & Furious 10’, has recently told the British version of GQ about the possibility that a shoot is a good experience and yet the resulting film is a disappointment.
“I’ve been a part of a lot of things that really suck, and movies where the end result is not in your hands.Momoa told the publication. “’Conan’ was one of them. It’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, but it was taken and turned into one big pile of shit.”.
Although the original ‘Conan: The Barbarian’ from 1982 is among the best films by Arnold Schwarzenegger and among the best soundtracks in history, the 2011 remake, which premiered at the same time that Momoa triumphed with his role as Khal Drogo in ‘Game of Thrones’‘ went very unnoticed. The truth is that the adaptation of the Robert E. Howard play directed in 2011 by Marcus Nispel received no public or critical support overall (25% positive reviews on RottenTomatoes).

The review of the remake of ‘Conan the Barbarian’ said the following: “Tentacular beasts, sand monsters, ritual sacrifices and sorceresses with an Electra complex return ‘Conan the Barbarian’ to the territory of the pure weird fantasy […] ‘Conan’ is an adrenaline shot that forgets any sophistication and it only seeks to satisfy our need for epidermal fun.”
