New photos suggest veteran actors from the series like Zachary Quinto and Billie Lourd will appear in the new season.
The eleventh season of “American Horror Story” is expected to see the return of some familiar faces.
According to Deadline, the new episodes will feature Zachary Quinto (part of the cast of the series between 2011 and 2013), Billie Lourd (between 2017 and 2021), Isaac Powell (in 2021) and Patti LuPone (in 2013). In addition, they will also bring in other recurring collaborators of producer Ryan Murphy, such as Sandra Bernhard (“Pose”), Joe Mantello (“Hollywood” and “The Normal Heart”) and Charlie Carver (“Ratched”).
Powell, Lourd, Carver and Bernhard were photographed by the paparazzi this week while filming the production on the streets of Manhattan’s West Village in New York City.
As always, the plot is kept secret, but based on the costumes and sets chosen for the first shoot, Deadline deduced that the plot must be set in the 70s or 80s.
Despite this information, a confusion on the site is not excluded. It is worth mentioning that pay channel FX has announced the development of “Studio 54: American Crime Story”, which also takes place in Manhattan around this time. One of the owners of Studio 54 lived in the West Village.
