The animated franchise “Kung Fu Panda” is about to receive a new film. Universal Studio has ordered a new production of the character and has already set the premiere date for March 8, 2024.
“Kung Fu Panda 4” will continue to follow Panda Po’s adventures through ancient China. Actor Jack Black, who voiced the character in previous films, is expected to return for the sequel.
So far, no director has been selected to direct the new film.
The “Kung Fu Panda” franchise has earned nearly $ 2 billion at the worldwide box office. In addition to the films, the character has already won a few TV series. The most recent was “Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight”, developed by Netflix, which included the return of Jack Black in the main role.
