Annoyed by the sound system, the singer threw a microphone towards Isaac Carpenter
With a show scheduled in Sao Paulo on Saturday 25th, the Guns N’ Roses experienced a curious moment during a performance in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During the first song of the show, Axel Rosathe singer of the group, threw the microphone towards the drummer Isaac Carpenteras well as playing the drums before leaving the stage in annoyance.
The moment, however, had nothing to do with Carpenter’s skill with the sticks. According to TMZ, Rose was bothered by a glitch upon her return, in which she could hear the percussion, but not the other instruments, losing time in the song. “I’ll have to improvise,” the singer said in a clip recorded by an audience member.
According to the publication, the glitch was resolved in the third song of the show, which continued as normal.
In addition to Rose and Carpenter, the current lineup of Guns N’ Roses includes Bar AND Riccardo Forto on the guitars, Duff McKagan in conclusion, Reed dizzy on keyboards and Melissa Reese on synthesizers. The group has not been to Brazil since 2022.
Guns N’ Roses begins their new visit to Brazil this Tuesday, the 21st, with a show in São José, Santa Catarina. The band then lands in Sao Paulo, where they will perform at Allianz Parque on the 25th, before heading to Curitiba, on the 28th, and Cuiabá, on the 31st.
