‘The Paper’, the new series available for now in the United States, reveals in its first episode the fate of the paper company
A new series, for now available only in United Stateshe revealed in his first episode what happened to the DENDER MIFFLINpaper company that sets the events of the acclaimed The Office (2005-2013).
The Paper It is a derivation of The Office and debuted on the streaming platform Peacock on September 4th. The new series also develops in the format of mockumentary and was created by Greg Daniels and Michael Koman.

Having as protagonists Domhnall Gleeson and Sabrina Impacciatorethe series revealed that Dunder Mifflin ceased to exist in 2019, when it was bought by a corporation called Enervate.
The character Bob Vanceinterpreted by Robert Ray Shafersays that the office of Dinder Mifflin was occupied by One and Done Lasera laser operations company.
Already in the pilot episode of The PaperBob Vance says, referring to Dunder Mifflin (via Variety):
“Yeah, they have been out for a while. Phyllis [Smith] and Stanley [Leslie David Baker] keep in touch. We both have Schnoodles. Amazing dogs. Other than that, the One and Done guys are fine. Less drama, for sure. ”
About the new series
The Paper It is scheduled to debut in Brazil next Thursday, 25. In the United States, the series has already been renewed for a second season at Peacock.

In The Officeemployees of the Dinder-Mifflin paper company, located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, need to deal with a chaotic work environment created by the team chief, Michael Scott (Steve Carell, The Morning Show).
However, in The PaperThe new office is actually a journalistic writing. “The documentary team, which immortalized the Dinder Mifflin branch in Scranton, is looking for a new subject when discovering a dying midwestern newspaper and a publisher trying to revive it with volunteer reporters.”says the official synopsis.
