American band icon of the Thrash crossover performs 5 shows across the country; Four of them will have the Brazilian group, also legendary in the segment
THE DRI (Dirty Rotten imbeciles) will perform five shows in Brazil in March 2026. Four of them will have a special participation: the Basement ratsgreat Brazilian representative of the Thrash crossover, such as the American colleagues.

- 03/17: Porto Alegre (West – only date only with DRI, without basement rats)
- 03/19: Curitiba (Tork n ‘roll)
- 03/20: Rio de Janeiro (Flying Circus)
- 03/21: Belo Horizonte (Mister Rock)
- 03/22: São Paulo (Cine Joia)
In the state capital, there will also be the opening of the groups IMFLAWED (Groove/Thrash Metal) and Questions (Hardcore). Tickets for commitment at Cine Joia are for sale on the website Festixin 1st lot, in the amounts of R $ 140 (half) and R $ 160 (social) for track and R $ 250 (half) and R $ 270 (social) for box. Social entry is available to anyone, by donating 1 kg of non -perishable food.
Regarding the DRI show the promise is a “robust repertoire, full of classics forged in four decades of band”. The current training has the original members Kurt Brecht (voice) and Spike Cassidy (guitar), besides the bassist Greg Orrknown for playing in the legendary Thrash crossover band Attitude Adjustment and the drummer Danny Walkerwith passages through Exhumed, Intronaut and Jesu. The most recent visit was in 2023, in what was his seventh national tour.
In turn, the basement rats follows with João Gordo (voice), Jão (guitar), Juninho (low) and Boka (battery). Your latest album, Necropoliticleft in 2022 and brought letters inspired by the moment of pandemic, with criticism in particular to the former president’s government Jair Bolsonaro. In October, the band tours Latin America, visiting Colombia, Panama, Honduras, Costa Rica and El Salvador. Already in December, it presents itself with the NAPALM DEATH in São Paulo.
