The Spanish newspaper El País stressed that Moraes’ wife now appears next to international criminals on the list of United States stations.

- Cristina Yukiko Kusahara Gomes, head of the staff of Alexandre de Moraes
- José Levi, former general union (2020-2021) in the government of Bolsonaro, assumed, in 2022, the general secretariat of the presidency of the TSE, commanded by Moraes at the time;
- Marco Antonio Martin Vargas, former Auxiliary judge of Moraes when he commanded the TSE in 2022, today he is judge at TJ-SP;
- Rafael Henrique Window Tamai Rocha, Auxiliary Judge of Moraes.
