Spotify has created a mixed playlist hub with exclusive reproduction lists of djs backdrops in the world to inspire listeners in their mixes. THE partnership Includes Martin Garrix, PinkPanthlesses, Sofi Tukker, Chris Lake, Steve Aoki, Wizthemc, Romy, Don Diablo, Pete Tong, Fcuwers and Dj Seinfeld, as well as clubs and collective.
Still in Beta, the mixing function has been implemented for all eligible premium users. With the new playlists, subscribers will have access to a “master’s master of soft transitions”, says streaming. The tool automatically shows the tone and the BPM (beat per minute) of all tracks, helping to easily tidy up the fluidity playlist.
Step-by-step

Tips for mixing as a professional
Don’t you know where to start? It touches a predefined like “Fade” or “Rise” to let Spotify do the job. The presets combine the volume, the effects and settings of the draw to help you have an idea of what works.
The songs may seem combined, but for the most fluid transitions, make sure that the BPM (beats per minute) and the tone are similar. You will see these data on the view of the playlist and the transition.

The mixing works better with the songs produced for soft transitions. Dance genres such as House and Techno tend to mix more fluidity. Think about the climate and energy you want your playlist to have.
