THE Fresno announced the release of a new live album for this Friday, 26. Fresno – Live in Rio was recorded during a show at Fundição Progresso, in Rio de Janeiro, amidst the most recent studio work tour, I never left. The pre-health is now available.
The material tracklist features 22 tracks that seek to portray the songs of the entire trajectory, from the first hits to the latest songs. Among the recorded repertoire are “Break the chains”, “redemption”, “since when you are gone”, “milonga”, “infinity”, “I am a living tide”besides more contemporary compositions like “Say, part 2”, “If I go, I’m going with you”, “it was forever” and “Each accident” – – This, with the special participation of the Curitibano Group Tuyo. There is also the collaboration of Milton Guedes in the saxophone.
In a note, Fresno claims to have conceived Fresno – Live in Rio To offer the feeling of listening to “the naked band, without corrections, as a sensory experience that has increasingly become uncommon in the market, although it was already paramount in the 1960s and 1970s.” The vocalist and guitarist Lucas Silveirawhich complies the training with Vavo (guitar) and War (battery), says:
“It is a project that has the function of bringing the real experience of the live album. That moment where the person can taste the show completely. That’s why we brought the Maycon Mendes (Sound engineer and responsible for the sound result of the band live on the tour) to mix and mastery the album, with the intention that the final product would be as faithful as possible, without much retouching or editions. We are in our best phase of our career, and it was essential that it was recorded on a live album. ”
