Jennifer Walters, the She-Hulk, appears in a new teaser of her series presenting the various cameos, but highlighting who is in fact the protagonist of this story.
The new teaser, which lasts only 30 seconds, was released a few days before the premiere of the new series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, “She-Hulk: Defender of Heroes”.
The video highlights familiar characters who will be in the series, such as Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk, Tim Roth’s Abomination, Benedict Wong’s Wong, and even Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, Daredevil.
But after introducing them, Jennifer Walters appears in human form in her car talking to the audience, an act known in movies as breaking the fourth wall, and says, “Just remember who this show really is.”

Jennifer Walters, the She-Hulk, is played by Tatiana Maslany, and is none other than Bruce Banner’s cousin, Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk. After a life of living normally as a lawyer trying to grow her career, Walters ends up gaining powers and transforming into the She-Hulk.
The series, part of Marvel Studios ‘Phase 4, has action elements and lots of comedy, and will present Walters’ trajectory, going from a simple lawyer to a superpowered person who needs to figure out what to do with his newly acquired skills of Hulk and how to deal with your life turning upside down after this moment.
“She-Hulk: Defender of Heroes” will have nine episodes in total, releasing every Thursday on Disney + starting August 18, after its premiere date was recently changed.
