Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 15 cornstarch biscuits, crushed
- 5 eggs
Syrup:
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
Preparation method:
- For the syrup, heat the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, without stirring, until a golden syrup forms.
- Pour into a 22cm diameter mold with a hole in the center and set aside.
- Blend the milk, sugar, biscuits and eggs in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into the caramelized mold and cook in a medium preheated oven in a bain-marie for 50 minutes or until solidified.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Unmold and serve.
