So Big Sun in Advance: Summary for Wednesday, August 24, 2022 [SPOILERS]

Although there is no case, Alex continues to investigate Mirian’s death. He goes to camp and runs into Jade who is about to go to work. He then asks her what she was doing the night Miriam lost her life.

The young woman repeats to him what she told her colleagues, namely, that she was at a massage institute. But the policeman refuses to believe that he had nothing to do with the robbery and the expected amount of money, which he denies. Alex then grabs her by the arm and forces her to follow him, despite Ludo’s protests.

At the police station, Alex alone leads the interrogation of Jade, who continues to maintain her innocence. The policeman loses his temper and gets angry with the young woman. That’s when Manu, who followed the interrogation behind a one-way glass, intervenes to take Alex out of the room and asks for an explanation.

Alex is convinced that Jade is connected to Miriam’s death. Manu tries to show his colleague and friend that his theory is implausible. He’s sure Jade wouldn’t have been hired to commit a robbery on his behalf two days later. Manu then asks Alex to drop the case and investigate. The policeman then releases Jade and apologizes to her.

The next day Louis calls his father because he doesn’t answer his calls. Mark tells her that he doesn’t have the strength to go back to work. A teenager who noticed an empty bottle of alcohol on the coffee table decides to stay with his father.

Louis confides in her that he is sorry for everything that happened. Not knowing that his son was at the scene of the tragedy, Mark tries to calm him down and tell him that he had nothing to do with it. And because he doesn’t want his son to see him in this state, he asks Louis to return to his mother. After he leaves, the mark collapses.

In turn, Claire receives a call from Victor, who wants to support her and offer her condolences. The young woman is cold and quickly dismisses him because she has to go to the police. At the scene, Lt. Cross questions him about the tension after Jacques Maury’s accident. Claire explains to him that Louis was angry at Miriam for what happened to her grandfather, but he dismisses the idea that he could have revenge.

Leonor feels that her son is hiding something from her and urges her to confide in him. When she took her son’s things to the laundry, she smelled gasoline. Louis explains to her that he and Kira started a fire on the beach and poured lighter fluid on it. He continues to assure her that he is not hiding anything.

At the police station, Manu informs Alex that they checked Jade’s alibi and that she was indeed at the massage parlor during the events. Although they have the CCTV footage to prove it, Alex refuses to say he is innocent. He is convinced that he is manipulating them. Manu calls his friend to stop the case and vows to find the culprit.

Elisa and Akim, who continue to investigate Ted’s murder, question Eva and Patrice, where the young man worked for several months. They are also very surprised to hear about his death. They describe Teddy as a sweet and serious child. He was even considered to be offered a permanent contract. Patrice explains to the investigators that Teddy told them via text message that he was resigning. They haven’t seen him since.

But Eva and Patrice are hiding things from the two investigators. Patrice is really sick and has an appointment at the hospital. Her tests reveal that she has a kidney aneurysm that requires surgery very quickly. But he has to go to Spain for work next week and asks Allen to prescribe painkillers.

The doctor explains to him that if he does not perform the operation, there is a danger of rupture of the artery and that the drugs will be useless after that. Dr. Alfandi is honest: without surgery, he will die. But Patrice, unable to postpone his professional appointment, decides to take a risk.

In turn, Ellis and Akim analyze the investigation: Teddy would have taken a stray bullet. The young woman’s informant also informed them that outside dealers want to sell drugs in the city. We should fear gang warfare. So they need to find those responsible as soon as possible.
