The film “Avatar”, the highest-grossing cinema of all time, will be back in theaters. 20th Century Studios unveiled the date with a new poster and a never-before-seen trailer for production.
The original film, directed by James Cameron in 2009, will return to screens on September 22 in a 3D remastered version in 4K HDR, which will likely be followed by a re-release in streaming.
The announcement was made a few days after subscribers noticed the work’s disappearance from the Disney + catalog.
With $ 2.8 billion in gross and three Oscars, the film will also receive a sequel in December, titled “Avatar – The Way to Water”, and the theatrical re-release also helps with marketing and rekindling audiences’ memories.
The new trailer has been made available in two versions: with subtitles and dubbing in Portuguese. Take a look below.
