On Monday, September 5, everything starts here…
The day before, Tom had been attacked in Gaetan’s mobile home and cut his head. The young man has a slight head injury, but there are no other consequences. Kelly then points out to her that the situation could have been more serious. They are joined by Jasmine and Axel, who want to listen to Tom. But the young man is convinced that Taysier’s nephew attacked him, and the tone between them will not rise for long. before alerting Antoine, who tries to separate them.
Aware of the attack, Teissier believes that he does not need to intervene because it happened outside the institute. Tom and Axel continue to argue in front of Antoine, who tries to hide his annoyance. Tom explains that he was grabbed from behind while he was about to take the medicine, which fell out of his coat pocket. Axel, on the other hand, claims his innocence and points out that his comrade could not see the attacker because his back was turned.
Tom, Deva, and Ambre are convinced that Elder Teysier is making excuses to stay out of the story because his nephew is the culprit.
Meanwhile, after the demonstration of the first years ago, Chef Teissier asks Axel to stay. He wants to make sure his nephew has nothing to do with Tom’s attack. Axel then explains to her that he’s not the type to attack someone from behind. Emmanuel still advises him to keep a low profile at the Institute for a while.
Later, Axel and Ethan observe the afternoon service in Double A. The customer asks for information from Cardone’s son, who tells him that he is going to find a more competent waiter. Tom then surprises her and singlehandedly corrects her. The tone quickly rises between the three students until Lisandro calls them to calm down.
At the same time, Teissier no longer has a replacement chef for Landiras, who left to conduct a master class. And as luck would have it, Chief Cardone arrives in his office when he hears the news. Annabelle then offers her services because her school doesn’t open for two weeks. Their conversation is interrupted by Lisandro, who comes to the restaurant to tell Tom, Ethan and Axel about the argument that happened earlier. According to him, they will be reviewed quickly. This news brings a big smile to Chef Cardone, who informs Emmanuel and Lisandro that the second-year students already have quite a reputation in the industry.
Elder Teissier is very angry after Elder Cardone’s comments sophomore year. Clotilda does her best to defuse the situation, but Emmanuel has an idea to put the students in their place.
At the end of the day, the first and second courses were called double A. Teissier arrived accompanied by Chef Cardone, much to the surprise of all the students. Then the director explains that the attitude of the second-year students does not correspond to the prestige of the institute at all. According to him, they do not have the level to be sophomores or even to be true professionals one day. So he decided that they would be promoted to pastry courses in the first years.
And if Tom is wrong and thinks they’re going to watch over them, Teissier drives the point home by pointing out that they’ll have to redo the dough’s first year with Chef Cardone. He also hopes to discipline the entire class.
First-year students at the institute prepare an artichoke-based starter with Chef Armand. Clotilde then tastes their creation. He is mesmerized by Samia’s dish, which is flawless. Conversely, Vicki’s dressing room is a mess, and the young woman’s artichoke has been mishandled, leaving unsightly bits in her mouth. Vic really wants to do it again, but he has to give the chef another lesson after that. He advises her to reserve the studio for cooking and offers to taste his creations a little later.
At the park, Vicky runs into Elliot and Greg and asks them for a favor: to help her make artichokes. The two young men refuse because they don’t want to get into a delicate situation compared to Hortense. The young woman assures them that they have recently reconciled, and the couple fall into her trap.
However, Elliot later realizes that Vic lied to him when he talked to Hortense about it. She confides in him that she helped make the recipe because she thought things between them were settled. Hortense tells her that they can’t trust her sister and she doesn’t understand why they didn’t listen. Elliott doesn’t seem to see the harm as he just throws some artichokes at Vic. But Hortense clearly sees her sister’s little game: she is slowly trying to take over the people she loves.
A little later, chef Armand comes to taste Vicky’s dish accompanied by Hortense. Clotilda points out to the new student the significant progress between her first achievement and her new proposal. The young woman tries to justify herself, but is worried. Hortense, on the other hand, has already warned the principal that he has reached out to her sister for the third year, which upsets Vic even more. And if at first she continues to rush into her lie, the young woman confesses everything when Clotilde asks her to prepare artichokes in front of him. Chef Armand then strongly advises her to never cheat again.
Early in the morning, Salome and Deva have breakfast overlooking the salt marshes. If the girls think they’ll be safe in a roommate, Gaetan tells them with a laugh that he’s going to have stricter house rules. Amber takes her turn asking Deva and Gaita if they like it at home without asking Salome. The atmosphere between them is still not good.
At her roommate, Salome helps Gaetani make mascarpone cupcakes. The sports teacher is a little worried about all the recipes and asks the chef for advice. After that, the young woman will offer to give him a hand so that everything will be ready on time. Throughout the discussion, Gaitan can’t help but look at him wearily.
A little later, at the coffee shop, the customer is too over the moon about the taste of Salome’s takeout. The PE teacher asks Tony to pull away to encourage him to leave, which he rushes to do.
Tony takes advantage of Salome reaching out to them at the cafe to ask her about Laetitia. The young woman then assures him that she is doing very well and thinks that she will tell him about the training when she returns to Calvier. Then, before leaving, Salome offers Gaitan and Tony to come back the next day to teach them other decorating techniques and other recipes, which they agree to.
After leaving the young woman, Gaitan confides in Tony that he finds Salome very beautiful. And if until now she saw him only as a student of the institute, the situation seems to be changing on her side. Tony then points out to her that she is not only friendly but also very beautiful. Gaitan asks him not to start with his insinuations. But there is no doubt that the sports teacher is not insensitive to its charms.
