Please Investigate: The investigative duo returns tonight on France 3

Almost a year and a half after the airing of the second episode, which gathered 5.6 million viewers for a PdA of 21.9%, Prière d’Enquête returns this Tuesday, September 6, from 21:10 on France 3, for the long-awaited third time. The opus is called “It Was Written”.

Still hosted by Sabrina Ouzan and Mathieu Spinos, the series this time sees the duo investigate the mysterious death of Nathalie Josserand, a professor found dead in the amphitheater of the University of Montpellier. Eli’s suspicions immediately turn to 35-year-old David Krosnier, an assistant professor in whose home we found the murder weapon.

A former companion of Natalie’s, he has a romantic relationship with one of the students… who is none other than Miriam, Alice’s sister. The relationship between the two young women undermines this investigation, especially when Ellie tells her sisters that she will be forced to sell their family home.

While the investigator focuses on David, Clement sees another suspect, Stephen Rock, the president of the university. It seems he has a secret he wants to keep at all costs…

In addition to the two main actors, the third episode will also see the return of Jerome Robart (Frank), Christian Routh (Matthias), Miriam El Ghali-Lang (Berenice), Kelia Miller (Noemi), Sihame Falhoun (Mariam) and Xavier. Deranlot (Father Abbot Luc).

Lawrence Catrian, who has already shot footage for the first two episodes, also returns to direct, as do Marie Deschaires, Catherine Touzet, Jocelyn Bosenek, who began writing the script.

As for the visitors, Jean-Pierre Laurit (Sam) and Antoine Hamel (La Stagiaire) will camp respectively with Stephane Roque and David Saunier, the two suspects. Ludmila Mikael, Felix Vanurenberghe (Hippocrates), Noémi Kocher (La Garçonne) and Roxanne Brett (also in Anna Sam) will play the roles.
