Even as Emma and Justin are caught in the crossfire in two opposite places, Baptiste struggles with the decision he has to make because they both need his help. On the way to pick up the car, Baptiste remembers every moment he shared with them, then makes a choice…

Behind the wheel of his car, he calls his officer and entrusts him with the responsibility of saving Justin. But Jean-Louis, still suffering from a phobia of fire, feels he can’t. In the distance, Baptiste finds words to comfort and encourage her. Thanks to her, Jean-Louis finally finds the strength to enter the building and save Justine.

In turn, Baptiste goes to Vanessa. He goes inside, where Emma, ​​having fought the smoke for a long time, lies unconscious on the floor. Baptiste manages to break his chain, then grabs him to go outside. Despite gestures of first aid, Emma does not wake up. The Baptist loses hope. It is when he splashes water on his face that he finally regains consciousness. Both spouses embrace and kiss passionately.

Romain is in the car with Vanessa. Sitting in the passenger seat, he worries about Vanessa’s driving, which is going too fast on the rain-soaked road.
