During the red carpet at the 2022 Emmy Awards, actor Henry Winkler, nominated for Best Supporting Role for “Barry,” revealed that the next season of the HBO series should be the last.

While speaking to the press, Winkler was asked how many seasons he thought the show would have. “Four,” he replied.

“why Bill [Hader] And [o co-criador] alec [Berg] They don’t want to try to stretch the plot … They don’t want to force it, “he explained.

The comedy series follows a disillusioned killer (Bill Hader) who, during a “function” in Los Angeles, stumbles upon an amateur theater community and begins to believe that his true calling is to be an actor. The problem is that the past doesn’t want to give you a chance to change your life.

Season 3 ended in June, but there are still no predictions for the premiere of the next episodes, which according to Winkler would be the last.
